What's covered, and for how long.
One ARI limited warranty for all three collections. The collection on your order sets the term.

*Reserve’s finish is 15 years on the standard AAMA 2604 powder coat and 20 years where AAMA 2605 is specified at order, at an upcharge. Coastal salt corrosion is not covered on Core and is covered for 10 years on Reserve. The hardware term covers locks, handles, hinges, rollers, operators and screen mechanisms.
Labor is not covered. The care guide that ships with each order keeps the coverage in force: wash the frames a few times a year, keep the drainage slots clear, lubricate the hardware once a year and never paint over the powder coat. Water on the inside of the glass is room humidity, not a failed seal.
