See every order. Stage by stage.
Ordering from overseas usually means paying a deposit and hearing nothing for months. With ClearView you see your order from signed drawings to the day it reaches our warehouse.
Everything about the order, on one screen.
- 01The stage wheel. Pick a stage: quote, approvals, deposit, production, final payment or shipping. Everything for that step, papers and photos, shows up below it.
- 02The production timeline. Frames and glass made side by side, then put together, checked, crated and shipped, with the days counted against the schedule.
- 03The paperwork. Quote, signed shop drawings, invoices and the packing list, kept with the order instead of scattered across email.
- 04The arrival. Container number, sailing and arrival date, through to pickup at our warehouse.
The screen shown is a real order on day 59 of roughly 108, just after inspection, with the customer's details hidden.
From quote to container.
The paperwork is the same as buying locally. The difference is how much of it you can see.
Send the plans or a window schedule. Every line on our quote shows the unit size and the rough opening.
You sign off on shop drawings for every opening and pay the deposit. Then production gets its date.
ClearView follows the order through production, onto a container and across the ocean, with the arrival date.
Final inspection, labels and crates, photographed, and the balance is due before the container is sealed.
Our people, not the factory's.
The photos and inspection reports in ClearView come from ARI's own production coordinator and quality inspectors. They are on the factory floor every day, but they report to ARI in the US. They don't work for the plant, and they don't work for sales.
What you see was checked against your signed drawings. Nobody picked the best-looking shot for you.
