The system

A thermally broken aluminum casement on the CS-20 platform. The sash swings out on a push-out handle, so the opening stays clear and the retractable screen sits inside, out of the weather.

Smallest egress-compliant size. Meets IRC R310: 5.7 sq ft clear, 20″ minimum width, 24″ minimum height. Clear opening deducts 140 mm from width and height.

Every casement in the Core collection glazes at 5 mm. The 6 and 8 mm bands apply to large fixed and sliding units.

How a Core unit is ordered

Send the schedule

The window and door schedule or a takeoff with opening sizes, the elevations so mulled runs price as assemblies, and the finish inside and out.

Approve the drawings

Shop drawings are issued for every opening and signed before any aluminum is cut.

Production and delivery

30 to 40 days production, then about 30 days ocean transit to the warehouse.
